Time Sick.

I really miss the 90's. Everything seemed more important and in general... more real, darker. Perhaps it was the impending doom of the apocalypse that was bound to end mankind when the year 1999 was to be our last. The advancements in technology, the downfall of the Go in the T.V. with "reality" T.v. and American Fucking Idol. This trash is now what the masses yearn for. I say make a single file line to the meat grinder with these mindless ones who live vicariously through screens of such "reality". That kind of manufactured thought is for the worms. I'm truly no better than my fellow man when it comes to the allure of tech, but at least my taste of media is in good order. 1999, how I long to live in your bliss of ignorance to the future. Movies are becoming desperately recycled by the hour to squeeze any last dripping dollar out of every franchise possible. Substance is getting lost in the overflow of demand. Not even our supposed coming Armageddon of 2012 feels as important as the year 2000 did. See you in 2013, the key is under the Welcome mat.
